Hagy Terms and Conditions — Know it, understand it, play safe

Hagy.click ("hagy", "we", "platform") is a licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all hagy services. By creating an account or using hagy's services, you acknowledge the following:

• You must be at least 18 years or the legal age of majority in your country, whichever applies.
• You are using this service entirely of your own free will and volition.
• Online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.

Hagy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or SMS before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register on hagy, you must provide accurate and complete information. hagy reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incomplete details.

Each individual Single Account Only create. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Provide a valid mobile number and email address during registration — these will be used for verification purposes.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Keep your account password confidential — hagy will never ask for your password by phone or email.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Allowing or granting access to your account through any third party is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on hagy are subject to the following rules. Please read this section carefully before placing any bet, as it directly affects your betting experience.

• Bet Confirmation: A confirmation screen will be shown after placing a bet. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum amount per bet is ৳10. The maximum limit varies by event.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded.
• Result Determination: The official results of the relevant international sports governing body shall be considered final on hagy.
• Technical Errors: hagy is not liable for any incomplete bets caused by server errors or connection failures.

For Accumulator or Parlay bets, if one leg is voided, that leg's odds will be counted as 1.0. hagy's betting decisions are final, and in case of any dispute, the resolution by hagy's team is binding.

Hagy supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All financial transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted channels.

• Supported Payments: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Processing Time: Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Hagy does not charge any processing fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — hagy is not responsible for those. Payments from multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will not be accepted.

Hagy regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms. Please read the specific terms of an offer before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of typically 10–30x the bonus amount applies. The exact figure is specified separately for each offer.
• Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate the system is a punishable offense.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hagy platform. Anyone found in violation may have their account suspended, funds forfeited, and legal action taken where applicable:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Laundering money or processing illegal funds through hagy.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to hagy's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Creating or facilitating an account for a minor.

Hagy may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Your personal information is completely secure with hagy. We never sell your data to third parties. However, information may be shared in specific cases required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

Hagy operates as a betting platform. Betting always carries risk, and hagy does not guarantee any wins or losses. hagy is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical failures on the part of third parties (disruptions to mobile banking services).
• Any loss resulting from providing incorrect information.
• Force Majeure — uncontrollable circumstances such as storms, floods, cyberattacks, and similar events.

Hagy's total liability in any case shall not exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.

Hagy reserves the right at any time to these Terms and Conditions reserves the right to make partial or full amendments. Users will be notified via registered email or SMS at least 7 days prior to any major changes.
